Landfill & Recycling

Welcome to CDR

CDR is an operating division of Cornejo & Sons, LLC. that operates a Concrete and Asphalt Recycling Center and a Construction and Demolition Landfill at 4250 W. 37th Street North (just south and west of the K-96 and West Street interchange).

The Concrete and Asphalt Recycling Center accepts bulk broken concrete and asphalt from all sources. This material is then crushed into various sizes and recycled for new construction or paving projects.

Our Construction and Demolition Landfill can be used for the disposal of construction and demolition waste as defined by law at tipping fees substantially below the cost of the transfer stations or municipal solid waste landfills. Acceptable items include wood, sheetrock, shingles, plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring from construction or demolition projects. Metals and other recyclable materials are removed from the material at our screening location to minimize waste and protect the environment.
