CMC Fuel Surcharge Matrix

We at CMC developed a fuel surcharge matrix that adjusts to market changes in fuel costs. By doing this your cost reflects the current market conditions regarding diesel fuel. On the last Monday of each month the “Midwest” average diesel price index will be used to calculate the fuel surcharge for the subsequent month. The price index will come from the following web-site: http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp. We hope our customers find this matrix beneficial and easy to follow.
