In the summer of 2009, Dolese Bros. Co., located in Oklahoma City, OK,

joined Cornejo Materials Inc., in an exclusive distributorship agreement to

sell their material in the central Kansas market.  CMI will acquire the

remaining inventory from the West Robbins Stone Yard and will sell it and

other Dolese products at our stone yard, located at 3300 S. Hydraulic in

Wichita.  CMI has made a commitment to the Wichita market by investing a

significant amount of infrastructure in our already existing stone yard to

Dolese Bros. Co. materials.
